Transaction Confirmation
Final confirmations will be sent within 30 minutes of requesting a Hotel/Package online and the first acknowledge of your transaction is not the final confirmation.In case of non availability similar option will be provided.

Payment Options
Master, Visa, and American express Card payments will be processed through an online payment gateway system. GIG(GoIndiaguide.com) charges service fee on all bookings which is non refundable in case of cancellation. Cheques/Demand Drafts can be sent to Go India Guide Pvt Ltd, ICICI Saket Branch The bank transfers can also be made. ( Call or email us to get details)

E Ticket (Must carry)
E Ticket is an email or print out with unique confirmation number which is to be produced at counter to claim ticket.

Prepaid Ticket Advice ("PTA")
Prepaid Ticket Advice. A PTA number needs to be presented at the airport check-in counter. The airline executive will give you your ticket.

Refund on cancelled bookings
You can send us the ticket/voucher on support@goindiaguide.com or write to us at : 109, GK House, East of Kailash,New Delhi 110065. The refund will be processed within 15 days in case of land product and 30 days in case of airlines.

Cancellation and amendment charges
Cancellation and amendment charges is service fee and the amount charged by suppliers/hotels/airlines charged. Please refer to your confirmation document for understanding the applicable cancellation/amendment charges as they are based on the terms and conditions of service providers.

Prepaid Holiday Voucher/Discount Codes :
Prepaid and discount vouchers are guided by their own terms and conditions so please refer to T&Cs. Prepaid and discount vouchers can only be used for available products and can be used within 365 days of purchasing.
