01. How can I book my holiday?

We have designed our site to make booking a holiday as simple and as stress-free as possible. Shortlist your holiday by navigating to the “Holiday Packages” section, or narrow down by visiting the “Domestic Packages or International Packages” section. All “Holiday Packages”, "Domestic Packages" & "International Packages" sections are one of the violet tabs on the navigation bar on top of any page. After narrowing down on your Holiday,Domestic or International packages, click on “View Details” button and then on “Book Now” button. 02. How do I know whether my holiday package booking is confirmed?

Once you make a booking on our website, we receive it at our end and process it. You will receive an email with all the package details. It’s worth checking your junk or spam email, if you don’t see it in your mailbox. We will accordingly inform you when to make the payment to confirm the booking. 03. How can I make the booking for holiday package not listed on GoIndiaGuide website?

04. Is GST and booking fee included in the total payable amount?

All our holiday offers are excluding applicable GST. Applicable GST shall be apply on all our offers and shall be levied at the time of payment.
There is no, or a minimal booking fee applicable, depending on the product being booked. Please note that some taxes are not pre-payable and might be payable at the airport, hotel or the destination.

05. What payment modes are accepted?

We accept payment by most major credit cards & debit cards. We will charge electronically or send a credit card authorization form, as applicable. 08. What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation policy varies from one product to another. Each airline, hotel and ground operator has its own cancellation policy. You will be advised the same at the time of booking.

10. What information do I need when I’m ready to book my holiday?

We’ll need all your personal information required by the airlines, hotel, cruise line, etc. We need a copy of your valid photo ID or passport - so it’s usually a good idea to take a picture of your photo ID or passport information page and email it to your Travel Consultant. We’ll also need your billing address, mobile phone number, emergency contact information and credit or debit card details (when it is time to make your payment). You may also require a visa, our Travel Consultant will guide you in this regard.

In case of cancellation of Flight Booking, refund will be processed as and when the same is received from the airline, which varies from 14 to 28 working days. In the interim, we will issue you a credit voucher, which can be used towards any bookings in the future with us.

11. Do I have to pay in full right away

It depends. Some types of travel require full payment; however, in many cases we’ll just need a down payment or deposit. It also depends on the timing. If your travel dates are within 45-60 days of booking, full payment may be required immediately.
